Scope of Terms
These Terms apply to purchases of digital products in the form of keys granting access to third-party software licenses. Purchases may be made on delrigo either as a registered user or as a guest (without prior registration).
Ordering Process
Product key purchases can be initiated by selecting the relevant option during checkout on delrigo, where available.
To complete a purchase, you must confirm acceptance of these Terms.
Delrigo requires your email address to deliver the product key and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
Completion of Transaction
A transaction is considered complete once you click “Place Order”, authorize the payment, and the payment is successfully confirmed.
Following confirmation, delrigo will send you an order confirmation and the product key to the email address provided at checkout.
Product key activation instructions will be delivered together with the product key via email.
Email Requirement
The email you provide during checkout is essential for delivery and serves as proof of rightful purchase.
If you provide an incorrect email address, or if you lose access to it, you may not be able to retrieve your product key.

General Rule
As digital products are typically available for immediate use after purchase, returns are generally not accepted once delivery has been completed, except as outlined below.
Eligibility for Return
A return may be considered only under the following conditions:
The digital product has not been used and can be verified as unused.
The delivered product does not match the description provided on our website, and this has been confirmed by our Customer Support team.
The digital product was previously accessed before your purchase.
A confirmed breach of our platform’s usage policy has occurred.
Eligibility for Refund
